Think it's impossible to have a low cost education without sacrificing quality? Think again. The Princeton Review recently released its list of best value public colleges of 2012 and these schools won't disappoint. Factoring in student opinions, academic ratings, cost, and financial aid ratings the Review came up with some pretty impressive names including the year's winners, UNC Chapel Hill, UVA, and the College of William and Mary.
