If you’re currently on a staycation, or have a few days off from work with no prior responsibilities to take care of, then queue up your Netflix account, break out your favorite pair of pajamas, and prepare for a steady stream of lazy days to come. And what better way to enjoy a few lazy days than with some recipes that you can make from the comfort of your couch?

Breakfast: Peanut Butter Strawberry Smoothie : For anyone who loves a good breakfast smoothie, then you’ll love this recipe and it’s  very easy cleanup. For ingredients, all you’ll need are one cup of frozen strawberries, one large sliced banana, and one or two tablespoons of peanut butter, depending on your desired consistency. Then all you’ll need to do is blend it all together with one half to one cup of your liquid of choice and enjoy. Something else you can do to mix up the smoothie is replace the strawberries with another favorite fruit of yours. Or, maybe even swap peanut butter for another kind of butter that you may have.

Lunch: Three Ingredient Mac and Cheese: Nothing says lunch time like a classic dish of mac and cheese. And nothing says lazy day like a three ingredient mac and cheese. All you'll need to make it are five cups of milk, one pack of  elbow macaroni, and two cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Making it is really simple. First, bring the milk to a boil in a large pot. Then, stir in the pasta for 10 minutes until it's cooked, and finally turn off the heat and add the cheddar.

Dinner: Cheesy Garlic Broccoli : For dinner you can now have the best of both worlds with eating your vegetables and the delicious taste of cheese with this cheesy garlic broccoli dish. For ingredients, you’ll need three crowns of broccoli, three cloves of crushed garlic, and one and three quarters cups of shredded cheddar cheese. For added taste, you can add salt and pepper if you want to. For preparation, preheat the oven to 375 degrees and then spread out the broccoli in a medium sized casserole dish. After that, in a separate bowl, mix the garlic and cheddar. Once that’s done, sprinkle the mixture evenly over the broccoli and then bake for 25 minutes. As soon as it’s done, pull it out of the oven, and sit down to enjoy dinner.

Dessert: Cookies and Cream Pie : If you have room left for dessert, then you’re bound to enjoy this cookies and cream pie, as long as you don’t eat the ingredients before starting or midway. You’ll need twenty chocolate sandwich cookies, one cup of melted chocolate, and one and three quarters of a quart of softened ice cream. To start, you’ll want to put the cookies in a gallon sized plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Next, in a 23 cm (nine inch) pie dish, pat the cookie crumbs into the bottom. Then, spread the softened ice cream on top and smooth it out completely. Once that’s done, drizzle the top with the melted chocolate and freeze the pie for four hours, or until the ice cream has hardened. Finally, pull it out and enjoy!
