Fans of Trader Joe’s understand the appeal behind its food better than anyone. And what’s not to love? With their wholesome worldwide variety, dietary options, reasonable prices, and numerous locations, it’s no wonder they’re the go-to grocer to feed entire families. But from all the variety they have to offer, here are three recipes that you need in your life.

Blueberry Protein Pancakes

While breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it shouldn’t make you feel self-conscious about consuming sugar, trans fat, or carbs. Hence why this recipe is perfect with Trader Joe’s Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix. For ingredients all you’ll need are two cups of water, two cups of TJ’s Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix, one bag of Trader Joe’s Wild Organic Wild Blueberries, and even whole wheat flour, if you prefer. To make the pancakes add the mix and water into a medium bowl, and whisk until it's all combined.  Next, fold in half the blueberries and let the batter sit for 10 minutes. Put the rest of the blueberries in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 second intervals before stirring them until they’re hot. Next, preheat a greased skillet over a medium flame before pouring one-fourth cup of batter per pancake. Cook for two to three minutes, flipping the pancakes until the edges are dry. One the batter is gone, serve the pancakes hot and topple them with the warm blueberries.

Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Summer is right around the corner, and so is the time for fireworks and grilling. And what's a better grill food choice than pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw on the side? And with Trader Joe’s Pulled Pork in Smoky BBQ Sauce and organic coleslaw kit, you can’t go wrong with this tasty and nutritious recipe. You’ll need one pack of TJ’s Alosha Rolls, two trays of TJ’s Pulled Pork in Smoky BBQ Sauce, and one pack of  TJ’s Organic Coleslaw Kit. To start place the cole slaw in a medium bowl, and after tossing it with dressing, set it aside for the time being. Next, microwave the pulled pork based on the package’s instructions before using a fork to split the rolls. After that, pile the pulled pork and coleslaw onto the bottom half of the roll and close it with the top half.

Cheesy Red Pepper Pizza

After a long day of school or work you’ll want to whip up something for dinner that's quick and easy, but also healthy and delicious. That’s where the recipe for Cheesy Red Pepper Pizza comes into play. All you’ll need to make it are one pack of TJ’s Broccoli Kale and Pizza Crust, a third of a jar of TJ’s Red Pepper Spread with Eggplant and Garlic, and five slices of TJ’s Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Log.  To start, bake the kale crust based on the package’s directions and then remove it from the oven. After that, slather the red pepper sauce on top of the crust along with the cheese slices. Put the pizza back in the oven for five to eight minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Once the time is up, remove the pizza and let it cool before slicing it and serving for dinner.

Feeding yourself and your family doesn't have to be a chore or a head scratcher that has you scrambling for ideas. That’s why Trader Joe’s is nothing short of a blessing in disguise for people who are looking for life-changing recipes that will have you rethinking everything else you have in your fridge and pantry.
