Global Leadership Adventures - With locations such as Bali, Costa Rica, and Ghana, it is no wonder that GLA is one of the top youth volunteer leadership programs in the world. Global Leadership Adventures has a top-notch safety system, a globally-renown learning program, and an army of teen testimonials that all praise this amazing program. Ontario Student Leadership Conference “OSLC" is the most awesome, positivity-charged leadership experience for youth in Canada. Many high schools in different provinces are represented each year, so check if your local high school is going! For the last three years, they have sold out on each conference for 2200 teens! The Anthony Robbins Global Youth Leadership Summit - The Anthony Robbins Global Youth Leadership Summit is a five-day experience designed to supercharge a teen’s leadership abilities and help them realize their potential. Centering around teens from ages 14-17, this global program is open to all teens who are looking to connect with other leaders. “GYLS was like a party every day and was the best experience I’ve ever had and it has opened my eyes to so many opportunities that I can apply myself to." says Madina Kaderi, a participant from California. Registering for 2015 is currently closed (spaces fill up fast!), but keep your eye out for early-bird 2016 registration.
Girls in Power - Girls in Power is a leadership program for girls who rock. Their mission and goal is to help teen girls become “purpose driven leaders in our community." Their GIP Youth Leadership Training Program is the main leadership course, allowing girls to join together and connect through passion in a safe, non-judgemental environment. National Youth Leadership Council- The National Youth Leadership Council’s mission is to help teens achieve “service-learning". A unique, teen-targeted leadership style based around, you guessed it, service and learning within the community. “NYLC develops young leaders by tapping into their passion to address real-world issues." says the program.
