We all need a refresher and some relaxation time every so often. It helps to rejuvenate and de-clutter our heads so we can have a clearer mind when we are back to studying hard. Finding somewhere to visit during spring break that won’t break your piggy bank might seem impossible. But below are some fun, beautiful destinations that won’t drain your wallet when you get back to campus.

Around spring break, Daytona Beach in Florida averages out to be about 80 degrees. There are plenty of cheap hotels and a Big Red Party bus that runs along the beach. Hotels usually start at 40 dollars, and a few days in Daytona’s beautiful weather will be relaxing as well.

If you're looking for a ton of other spring breakers and beaches with white sand, you may want to book your ticket to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The hotels have an amazing price as well. The Sheraton and Hilton are offering booking prices from around 80 to 100 dollars. The luxury lodging is an absolute steal. In addition to that, oceanfront motels are starting around 50 dollars a night, and there is also a beautiful ocean side amusement park with a lot of fun rides.

South Padre Island in Texas would be for those of you who like a non-stop party destination. There is a beautiful beach there, and there are beers up and down along the coast. Additionally, Snoop Dogg and David Guetta, are said to visit this year’s festivities. The Ramada has room starting at just 55 dollars a night, and the Super 8 motel has rooms starting at just 41 dollar a night--you can’t beat that price. So if you are looking for a fun upbeat, cheap place to visit, you will love it here.

Atlantic City New Jersey is also cheap, and it’s easy to get a room that overlooks the ocean. Not only that--if you’re into casinos, you’ll be occupied for hours. There is also a beautiful boardwalk, and at night there is live music, different types of shows, and nightclubs. A lot of the rooms down there start at just 60 dollars a night.

If you’re looking to travel outside the US, but also need to stick to a budget, then Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica is the place for you. This is a great spot to visit during spring break because there are limitless beaches and tons of opportunities to waterfall rappel, zipline, and white-water raft. This is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. The rate is only 300 to 400 dollars round trip-- what a deal!

If you visit one of these places, you will not only have the time of life with your friends, but you will return home with some extra cash in your pockets. Try one of these places and have tons of fun!
