Side hustle jobs can help make a wallet a little bit fatter, help boost a resume, give a person field experience, and more. They can also make a person stand out in a pool of applications for a job or internship. What is a “side hustle"? Side hustle jobs are the little jobs outside of a person’s regular job.

Here are some examples of side hustle jobs.

Brand Rep

Brand reps promote brands. For some companies, a brand rep is given a code, usually something like “Julia10" and when a customer enters that code the customer gets ten percent off and the brand rep either gets store credit or commission. Brand reps are responsible for promoting their code and the company. Brand reps usually do a large majority of advertising on social media. Lots of companies are looking for brand reps. These companies include Pura Vida bracelets, Sand Cloud towels, and more.

Campus Reps/Campus Ambassadors

Campus reps are side hustle jobs made for students. Lots of clothing brands, and other businesses want campus reps to advertise their products to students. Usually these reps earn money through performance based commissions. Some companies that use campus reps are Southern Tide, Adidas, Geneologie, and more.

Content Writer

Content Writers create content for their writing platforms. These are often unpaid or commission based, but content writers get a creative outlet and have the chance to put more content in their portfolios. Some organizations that have content writers are Odyssey, MCXV, Gigsoup, and more.

Survey Participants

Marketing companies usually recruit survey participants to answer questions about products or services. One great place to do this is Swagbucks, it is a website where various companies create surveys. After surveys are completed, Swagbucks are rewarded. Swagbucks can be redeemed for gift cards to places like Amazon, Nike, Target, and more.

Critics

Usually fast food restaurants give free food to customers for answering questions about their experience at their restaurant. Who doesn’t like free food? Now this will not make you a millionaire, but saving a couple bucks and having free food is always awesome.

Side hustle jobs are stepping stones into a dream job or a way to make more money. Beyoncè always says, “A diva is a female version of a hustler."
