A few popular smoothie recipes that are easy to make within minutes are:

The Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen

  • 2 tablespoons rolled oatmeal

  • ¼ cup protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter, creamy

  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth to your liking.

Breakfast Energy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of orange juice

  • 1 cup of any flavored yogurt

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups of frozen mixed berries

  • Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of mango nectar juice (can use apple, orange, or pineapple juice in replace for mango nectar juice)

Mango Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and cut

  • 1 pint of blueberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup

  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk of choice

Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup blackberries

  • ½ cup cherries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon flax oil

Raspberry Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut water

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 cups sliced apple (1 large apple)

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries

  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth

  • Add more coconut water and ice if needed to make the smoothie thick and creamy.
