It's June, and most students in the U.S. are gearing up for summer vacation after spending an average of 6.5 hours a day for 180 days in school. Pencils, books, and teacher's dirty looks will be replaced by summer camps, sports, and other fun activities.
But that's not necessarily the case for their counterparts in other parts of the world. Here's a look at what the school year looks like in some other countries. Are they slacking or studying this summer?
