These movie clips will remind you that your experiences after college are not rare. You’re in good company.

You graduated! You stressed and toiled and earned your college degree.

But what now? What are you going to do now that the bubble of college has popped and you need to go out into the “real world"?

Fortunately for you, post-college existence has been captured on the big screen. Some of these clips might be helpful, while others may show that you’re in good company with those who experience the more challenging side of life after graduating college. But they all hit the nail on the head when it comes to postgraduate life.

6. "Kicking and Screaming"

What do you do about your college sweetheart? Maybe you stay together and start building a life in the real world. Or, like in this scene of "Kicking and Screaming," one of you moves to Prague.

5. "The Graduate"

Prepare yourself for answering the same questions over and over after graduation. What will you do with your life? Not just that moment, but your whole life! And if you don’t have a plan, don’t worry, the people around you will certainly give you suggestions like in this moment in the classic "The Graduate."

If you’re heading back to your parents’ house after graduation, you may find that it’s not the same home you had before college. If your siblings are anything like little sister Nadine in "Tiny Furniture," they will ask exactly how long you’ll be staying at home.
